* GUIDELINES *

1. We reserve the right to decline a sales partner's application, without reason or cause.

2. We reserve the right to terminate any sales partner's account at any time, without prior notice, at our absolute discretion.

3. If the due total for the current accounting period does not reach $75.00, the outstanding amount will be carried over to the next pay period . All Affiliate commissions will be paid out on the 10th of any given month for the previous month's activity...

4. Any custom promotional material, banner ad or artwork placed on your website is subject to our review.

5. The account may be terminated by the Sales Partner at any time. Termination must be in writing and all outstanding accounts up to and including the termination date, will be settled within 30 days at the end of the next accounting period.

6. SPISites.com  will pay a $75.00 commission on referral websites sales identified as being made by a person created via a link placed on the Sales Partner's Website. The sale must be made within 2 months of referral for a commission to be due.

7. If a single user is referred by more than one partner, only the most current sales partner will be recognized.

8. A Sales commission will not be paid on orders that are fraudulent, result in a chargeback or a customer refund.
